O.R.D began in 2014 when a husband and wife team — both PhD-trained formulation scientists who spent their careers engineering oil-based drug delivery systems for medicines — decided to create a facial cleansing oil range they could stand behind, after experiencing first-hand the gentle effectiveness of oil-based cleansing.
For more than ten years it stayed quietly within their circle — shared with friends and family while careers and young children took centre stage. The formula never changed. The moment to share it more widely just finally arrived.
When it came time to bring O.R.D to market, manufacturing locally was never a question. At a time when so much is made offshore, we believe in doing our bit — not just for quality and accountability, but to contribute to a more self-sufficient Australia.
